Multi-Line Caller ID Hardware
Ethernet Link units are simply connected to the phone lines and plugged in to the local area network via a switch or router. The unit sends Caller ID information to one of your local computers and with a RWS application sends it to your CRM’s database, making it available to your selected users.
This ability allows real-time, off-site, call monitoring. For example, a district manager could view telephone traffic from their cellular phone or tablet.

When a live person answers, the software pops up a convenient window on your computer, detailing the person's name and number and account history.
TruTek Power Dialer dialing saves an incredible amount of time. It’s a semi-automatic dialer that you operate by pressing a few buttons on your keyboard, which dial numbers, play pre-recorded messages, transfer calls or record conversations.
All dialing, listening to the phone ring, dealing with answering machines, disconnected lines, no-answers, etc., is done by the software. You or your agents only get involved if a live person answers or if you choose to leave messages on answering machines. By using our Power Dialer, Sales and service agents can better focus on phone conversations with customers.
Because it is software-based, our Power Dialer doesn't require expensive phone equipment or lines. It is easy to setup and use, scalable to the size you need and can easily grow as you grow.
Our TruTek Power Dialer is a Speed Dialer not a Predictive dialer.
Note: Predictive dialing was invented to eliminate wasted time in telephone work. Typically, if a person manually dialed 1,000 phone numbers, fewer than 35 percent would be answered by a live person.
Without predictive type dialers, your company would spend about 80 percent of their time listening to the phone ring, waiting for a live pick up, dealing with invalid numbers or answering machines. Only about 20 percent of their time is spent actually generating sales and revenue.
The trouble with predictive dialer's is that they are regulated by the government. So, unless you're running a call center and can meet the requirements it's not practical for most businesses. However, the TruTek Power dialer can give you almost the same results because we've used many of the same features that the predictive dialer uses which will save you time and money.
The main difference is the predictive dialer connects to the party first and then after they answer finds an agent to give them their sales pitch so typically you have to have many salespersons ready to answer the phone because these dialers call very quickly.
